Returns and Refund Policy
Standard In-stock items can be cancelled at any time and a refund given less the credit/debit card transaction cost provided that the goods have not been dispatched.
If the goods have been dispatched and you wish to cancel your order then a small charge is made to cover delivery/admin costs, this cost depends on your delivery address – England – Scotland – Wales – Ireland – Mainland Europe.
If the goods have been delivered signed for and opened they shall be deemed as used, and cannot be returned, unless you have opted for the 60 day Trial offer – (Memory Foam Mattresses only) See 60 Trial Terms on the main web site.
Non stock ordered-in and Custom made items can be cancelled and a full refund given provided that we have not ordered or commenced making the order.
The Cancellation of Non stock ordered-in and Custom made items that TopSleep have ordered or made on behalf of the client will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total order value, this could be more in certain cases depending on the extent of work carried out at the time of cancellation.
All returns need to be authorised first by TopSleep.
