Returns Policy:
Standard In-stock items can be cancelled at any time and a refund given less the credit/debit card transaction cost provided that the goods have not been dispatched.
If the goods have been dispatched and you wish to cancel your order then a small charge is made to cover delivery costs, this cost depends on your delivery address - England - Scotland - Wales - Ireland - Mainland Europe.

Non stock ordered-in and Custom made items can be cancelled and a full refund given provided that we have not ordered or commenced making the order.
