Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling. All items are delivered by one of the major carries either TNT - DHL - PARCEL FORCE - ROYAL MAIL - PARCEL LINK - FEDEX - UPS or any other we decide to use.
If you want to ship the purchase to an address other than the invoice address, then TopSleep reserve the right to request proof of ID before we send the goods, this is to prevent internet card fraud, we will call or email you if this is required.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally dipatch your order to arrive with you next working day unless you select another option during check out. International orders are generally received in under 5 to 7 working days. If you have ordered a bed frame - rise and recline chair or another item that is not in stock, please allow 14 to 28 plus working days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. This will take anything from 10 to 28 plus days to get to our warehouse, once in the warehouse we will call or email you to arrange delivery to your home.
Cedit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns + Refund Policy Standard In-stock items can be cancelled at any time and a refund given less the credit/debit card transaction cost provided that the goods have not been dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched and you wish to cancel your order then a small charge is made to cover delivery/admin costs, this cost depends on your delivery address - England - Scotland - Wales - Ireland - Mainland Europe. If the goods have been delivered signed for and opened they shall be deemed as used, and cannot be returned, unless you have opted for the 60 day Trial offer - (Memory Foam Mattresses only) See 60 Trial Terms on the main web site. Non stock ordered-in and Custom made items can be cancelled and a full refund given provided that we have not ordered or commenced making the order. The Cancellation of Non stock ordered-in and Custom made items that TopSleep have ordered or made on behalf of the client will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total order value, this could be more in certain cases depending on the extent of work carried out at the time of cancellation. All returns need to be authorised first by TopSleep. Non of the above effects your statutory rights.
